Training Registration Policies and Procedures
Registration and payment
On-site Trainings are face-to-face sessions offered by INTERPRES in London, ON, unless specified otherwise. Online trainings are offered online by INTERPRES. Hybrid trainings are a combination of on-site and online training. Registration for all types of courses is open to the public on INTERPRES’s website. On-site, online and hybrid synchronous trainings feature a deadline for payment and registration prior to the start of the training. Full payment is due for both synchronous and asynchronous trainings in order to gain access to the training program. Space for our programs is filled on a first-come, first-paid basis.
Payment can be made by credit card. Our website currently only accepts credit card payments.
Confirmation of registration
Upon receipt of online payment for a training registration, you will have immediate access to the asynchronous program, or within 2 business day an email confirmation will be sent to you for a synchronous program.
Approximately one week before the first day of a training program, a welcome email will be sent to you for all hybrid or synchronous programs. This welcome email will reconfirm the training location, date(s), time(s) and include further information such as trainer bio(s), contact telephone number(s) and item(s) that participants should bring to the training.
Refunds
A refund request for a training program fee must be submitted in writing to the Training Department at support@interpres.training.
Refund requests submitted before the registration deadline of a fully synchronous training will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given after this deadline.
Fully or partially asynchronous trainings are non-refundable. INTERPRES is not responsible and will not issue refunds should an asynchronous course be interrupted due to, but not limited to, user computer equipment failure (e.g., inadequate internet connection, power outage, equipment malfunction), or failure to complete the course and/or final test, if applicable, in the specified access period. You will be responsible for payment of any material reviewed online.
