Understand how appearance, attitude, and behavior affect your credibility as an interpreter. This section emphasizes maintaining a professional presence in all interpreting environments.

Explore how to position yourself in a way that supports clear communication between all parties—whether you are interpreting on-site or remotely.

Develop strategies to manage and respond to interruptions appropriately, including how and when to interject to ensure accurate and effective interpretation.
