Understand how appearance, attitude, and behavior affect your credibility as an interpreter. This section emphasizes maintaining a professional presence in all interpreting environments.

Explore how to position yourself in a way that supports clear communication between all parties—whether you are interpreting onsite or remotely.

Develop strategies to manage and respond to interruptions appropriately, including how and when to interject to ensure accurate and effective interpretation.
